Looking out for Manager Retail Operations for Mobile Division  Location - Mumbai.  Managing around 300 stores accross Mumbai and Goa.  Please note we are NOT looking at store Manager profiles.  JD as given Below:  Section 1:  Job Responsibility:  - Demo Planning - To plan which stores get demos and planogram for the stores (for allocated region).  - Ensure demo deployment from Samsung to retailer  - To plan demo deployment at new outlets  - Ensure minimum stock is maintained by the retailer.  - Demo Audit - To check whether demos billed by Samsung are present on SEZ (Samsung exclusive zone) counter which is done in Samsung software Smartdost.  - Ensure demo audit takes place on regular interval  - Ensure de tagging (Demotion) of dealer if demos are not found at dealer point during audit  - Demo Reconciliation - Quarterly reconciliation and settlement for National distributor and SPD.  - LDU(Demo minus SIM) management including waste management  - Ensure waste process compliance.  Section 2:  Key Result Areas:  - Demo planning  - Demo Deployment at Retail  - LDU management  - Demo Audit
