Coordinate with Corporate for material allocation, Pricing and Product Information.  - Plan and implement the most effective Dealer/ Distributor Network for placement of Samsung Products in the market.  - Look into the appointment of distributors and overall operations of distributors.  - Oversee the stock management at every level of distribution.  - Action and oversee the credit / fund management  - Educate the Dealer/ Distributor regarding Samsung policies, directions, schemes etc through variety of means.  - Manage Feet on street workforce and beat management to ensure effective coverage of Samsung products.  - Monthly Sales and Collection Planning and Achievement of targets in terms of value and volume.  - Organizing exhibitions, fairs, sponsorships as sales promotions.  - Tracking SKU (Stock keeping units) with dealers on regular basis  - Ensure flow of the products from company to the final customer  - Track competitor activities  - Training and development of Feet on Street workforce
