Salesforce Practice Head - IT Services Firm

Position: Salesforce Practice Head (Leading IT Services Company)

Role:

- Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members

- Very good technical problem solving skills.

- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same

- Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.

- Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.

Requirements:

- BE/BTECH/MTECH/MCS/MSC

- 13-16 yrs of experience with extensive experience in Salesforce CoE

- Good in customer communication and Leading Team/s.

- Excellent analytical Skills.

- Excellent Problem Solving Skills

Location: Pune
