A proven business analyst with over 12 years of total IT experience, with 5 or more years- experience in managing requirements and change in large scale salesforce.com implementations.
He/She will oversee the business analysis team and work on continuous improvement of requirements management methodology and tools
- Ability to lead a pool of business analysts and manage their career development
- Drive the co-ordination and alignment of the business analysis function with SaaS growth initiatives
- Experience in defining best practices and developing technology roadmaps that drive business objectives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and clearly articulate those to customers.
- Lead discovery workshops, which include the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
- Responsible for identification and inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
- Perform business process modelling, User experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
- Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and come up with a detailed technical solution.
- Strong presenter to C Suite level audiences as well as technical teams
- 12+ Yrs of Experience with at least 2 Yrs of SFDC BA experience.
- Conduct requirement gathering and road mapping exercises.
- Prepare and Conduct CRP sessions with clients.
- Proficient in CRM domain with deep knowledge of relevant technologies e.g. Salesforce.com (preference for hands on experience in Salesforce.com Configuration and Administration)
- Good business knowledge of Salesforce Automation
- Salesforce certification would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
