Leadership Roles in Sales Support / Lead Generation Leader – BPO / ITES / IT

Job Description

- Lead Generation – Contribute to developing the revenue pipeline of the Company.

- Sales pipeline expansion and revenue growth of the organization.

- Develop and implement Lead Nurturing Campaigns for prospects identified by various marketing initiatives across the company. Work with cross functional teams like Marketing and Operations to collate relevant content and implement successful Lead Nurturing Campaigns that leverage multiple to-go-market channels.

- Designing and running lead generation campaigns.

Desired Profile.

- 7-12 years of marketing / sales support experience with preference in IT/BPO companies

- Marketing experience in B2B services company, with demonstrated success in managing marketing programs, esp around lead generation.

- Direct demand generation and lead nurturing experience:

- Should have hands on experience of writing thought leadership content including white papers, case studies and solution/corporate pitches

- MBA from Tier 1 College, B School

- Salary open 16-21 (Plus variable)
