Key Responsibilities- You should be a proactive, business development / B2B sales professional with experience and skills that match the following-   - A natural ability to close sales via own generated leads and supplied leads.  - Excellent written communication skills, with experience in proposal creation.   - Excellent attention to detail, with a creative, proactive and analytical approach.   - Highly motivated to meet/ exceed targets.   - Conducting research on different sales opportunities   - Participating in the brainstorm process, which includes organising brainstorm agendas, aggregating follow up pitch materials, and drafting any corresponding proposal materials.  - Participate in Strategy and Vision meetings   - Collaborating with deliverable teams throughout the organisation to assemble scope of work and program details for proposals   - Preparing materials (presentations, outlines, proposals)   - Managing a database of prospects and clients in a Customer Relationship Management System.  - Strong client engagement skills  - Recruiting and managing sales team  - Mentoring and Driving team to achieve and exceed targets  - Working with teams and customers in different time zones  Required Qualifications-   - University degree in preferably in Business or Engineering departments will be a big plus  - Masters degree in Business Administration is a big plus  - Has proven record to sell to big companies, experience and Product sales will be a big plus  - Previous Sales experience in either SaaS/PaaS/IaaS Products, Mobile Apps\Games or Cloud Computing is desirable  - Strong written and presentation skills in English  - Exceptional organisational skills and is comfortable working in a startup early growth environment.  - Minimum 3-5+ years of sales experience.   - Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.   - Seeking opportunities and generating ideas for clients and advising them accordingly.  - Experience working in an agile environment, or an appreciation of an agile mindset.  - Strong aptitude for learning new technologies   - Result oriented, hard-working and self-motivated
