Sales Role - HNI - BFSI/Real Estate (5-15 yrs)
The requirement is at Chennai and an independent contributor role.
Candidates from Real Estate/Financial Institutions and Banking Experience with B2B sales and HNI contacts willing to relocate to Chennai, would be considered.
Job Description:
- Premium Product Sales Generating leads of prospective clients
- Lead conversions from leads shared by company
- Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.
- Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.
- Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
- Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
- Product introduction of new releases.
- A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pref candidate with MBA degree with minimum 5 -15 yrs experience into direct sales, B2B sales, handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients
