Sales Program Manager - Training - Telecom (3-9 yrs)

Looking for Sales Program Manager for a Telecom Giant to be based at Lucknow. Kindly go through the below mentioned Job Description of the profile:

Role Purpose:

- Performs work in the areas of budgeting & costing, administration and deployment. Handles special assignments and projects in various training programs like train-the-trainer, product knowledge training and Sales Management Process training.

- Performs functions like training evaluation, budget allocation for training programs and supervision of Training MIS.

- Leads and ensures deployment of common ‘Vodafone’ sales practices across channels for their performance optimization. Incumbent exercises initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks.

Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities:

Deployment:

- Organizes induction of Sales New Intake.

- Conducts train-the-trainer program on product knowledge.

- Organizes product knowledge training for key account managers.

- Conducts Sales Management (documentation) Process training for the account managers.

- Designs monthly or quarterly training calendar and ensures local training.

- Assists in training need identification.

- Responsible for up gradation of training content like sales kit, product manuals etc.

- Identifies training resources within the sales team.

- Leads process mapping improvements through cross functional interactions.

- Evaluates training effectiveness through written tests, FOS productivity track sheets.

Budgeting and Costing:

- Plans and allocates budget for training sessions including cost monitoring and optimization

Administration:

- Delivers training communications- as per the calendar.

- Supervises administration of training MIS.

- Coordinates availability of training material at the location (sales kit/ manuals etc).

- Coordinates with administration or other agencies for program set-up.

Develop:

- Sales Target Incentive Calculation

- Planning motivational programs/trips for performers

- Holding contests National / at a Circle or Zonal level to boost sales performance
