Sales Process Manager - Telecom (7-11 yrs)
Role purpose :
The Sales Program Manager has the following responsibilities :
- Supporting roll-out of incentive schemes for channel partners
- Responsible for customer and channel issue resolution
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- To support the roll-out of incentive schemes for channel partners across channels - distribution, direct sales, retail etc.
- To execute the incentive schemes designed by individual channels with support from the sales head
- To be responsible for resolution of all channel partner and customer issues across channels
Strategic :
- Finalize roll-out plan for incentive schemes for channel partners
- Develop plan for resolving customer and channel partner queries and issues within recommended TAT
Operational :
- Liaison with different channel heads in resolving customer and channel partner issues
- Ensure incentive schemes for channel partners are rolled out effectively
- Track outcomes of various incentive schemes
- Provide inputs to channel heads in developing effectiveness of various incentive schemes
- Provide feedback from channel partners and share with channel teams
Developmental :
- Provide inputs to the SPM on training of channel partners on various incentive schemes
- Identify training gaps for channel sales force arising from customer and channel partners- issues
Key performance indicators :
- Ensure roll-out of all incentive schemes across channels
- Effective resolution of all customer and channel partner queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and develop the sales capability of the organization (based on understanding of best practices)
- Identify training gaps for sales force based on customer/channel partner issues
