Sales Manager - Secured Assets (Mortgages)

Job Profile :

- Sourcing Mortgages from DSA based channels, In-house cross sell channels to drive acquisition through tele-caller supported outbound calling, CA/sub-DSA tie-ups & micromarketing activities

- Drive acquisition through tele-caller supported outbound calling, CA/sub-DSA tie-ups, micromarketing activities besides others.

- One point contact for the customer for all mortgage requirements.

- Responsible for continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team, credit policy team, Consumer GP/ Consumer Group acquisition teams, DSA senior managers and team leaders.

- Responsible for disbursal numbers (both Home Loans and Property Power) , new accounts.

- Responsible for revenue optimization (via boarding rates, fee realization and driving one sell)

- Providing client solutions - structuring of deals, product fitment, etc.

- Manage hiring, on-boarding, regular training and support for team members - sales executives, tele-callers; internal lead origination points.

- Responsible for DSA relationship and auditory requirements on an ongoing basis

- Providing client solutions by structuring of deals, product fitment and one point contact for the customer for all mortgage requirements

- Continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team,credit policy team, acquisition teams, senior managers and team leaders

- Accountable for providing innovative and quick solutions to customer problems while tackling delinquencies.

- Develop effective channel marketing and promotion strategies.

- Establish partner specific sales objectives, track results and provide guidance and feedback to maximize channel effectiveness

- Assists in key retention situations, bringing expertise relevant to that customer - as requested.

- Responsible for managing channel relationship and auditory requirements on an ongoing basis & Manage hiring, on-boarding, regular training and support for team members - sales executives, tele-callers; internal lead origination points

Desired Candidate Profile :

1) Should be from Mumbai

2) Should be MBA from TIER 2 Institutes Only.

3) Should be from the Financial Industry with experince in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales exp.
