Job Title: Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Industry: Travel and Leisure.

Location: Delhi and Bangalore

Salary : 7 lacs+

Qualification & Experience: An MBA (sales/marketing) Degree holder. 5+ years of Experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handling a team RMs and planning and achieving Sales Targets through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high

- Maintaining profitability targets by ensuring good IRR and cross sell

- Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing business plans to build consumer preference

- Responsible for creation a client base

- Proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing in a major way towards augmented growth and profitability level

- Recruiting, training and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team

- A thorough understanding of leisure and travel market, its behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
