Sales & Marketing Strategy - FMCG - PE Fund (3-5 yrs)
Sales/BD - FMCG (Private Equity strategy & operations role)
- This is a very exciting & challenging role with the Private Equity fund which is playing key role in helping their FMCG portfolios (investee companies) achieve success through their knowledge, experience and know how of industry best practices.
- This person will work with the PE partner to manage FMCG companies that PE has invested in and help the company in all aspects like sales strategy, BD, marketing strategy, revenue enhancement strategy, growing market share etc.
- Will closely work with promoters of portfolios in all these areas.
This role will give one an opportunity :

- Mentoring from highly experienced CXO level people coming from TOP B School backgrounds
- Work on strategy along with sales & BD
Required Profile :
Looking for someone :
- Having atleast 3-5 years of exp. in sales/marketing/BD/strategy of FMCG/Consumer good co.
- Must be MBA from TOP 15 B school
- Must have exp. in FMCG sector
- Must be willing to take up a challenging role to grow the small cos.
- Must be willing to get into uncharted waters & do something different
