Job Profile
- To lead the Sales & marketing function in an ITES start up organization.
- Primary customers are large Corporates within India.
- Establish Marketing and Sales plan and roll out of same.
- Meet/Exceed Business and Financial objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporates.
- Customize product offerings based on client needs/demand.
- Establish the brand within market domain.
Candidate Profile
- Should be a Management Graduate with 5-10 years experience.
- Experience in corporate sales is a must.
- Should have good contacts within corporates.
- Should have demonstrated ability to launch new products.
- Should be conversant with branding and allied activities.
Candidate background
Experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Travel or ITES industry will be preferred.
Excellent personality with very good communications skills.
