Job Summary: The person in this position is responsible for extracting solution or support implementation of sales & Marketing in Industry domain.
Job Responsibility
Key responsibilities of the role may include the following :
- Project Delivery: Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub segments.
- Business Development:Support efforts of Industry leads to identify and win potential opportunities for the practice
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

Requirements:
- Must have worked in the Automotive / Industrial equipment or done extensive consulting within these industries with experience in the following areas:
- In depth knowledge of Sales and marketing processes (OEM: Original equipment manufacturer and dealer processes)
- CRM: Hands on function/ process experience in CRM diagnostics, CRM process design, business blueprint and functional design. Exposure to SFDC is an added benefit.
OR
- CRM: Involved with CRM design/ process as a business user. Used CRM within industry/ consulted to Auto OEMs in CRM.
- Digital: Experience in designing/implementing digital marketing strategy in sales, service, marketing, branding. Experience in handling multi-channel digital experience, convergence, in vehicle media.
Must have worked in any of the following areas:
- CRM - Marketing manager/ Business user/ CRM business manager
- Sales- Accounts management, pipeline management, lead conversion, dealers enablement.
- Marketing- Lead management, journey management, campaign management, customer loyalty, performance analytics.
- Account Manager with one of the top digital or creative firms handling digital marketing for Auto/IE clients.
- Extensive digital marketing exposure owing to working with an e-commerce or online company
- Consulting experience with CRM or digital, e-commerce projects for Auto/ IE clients (preferably with large international companies)
Skill Set:
Must have exposure to:
- Sales, Marketing, Dealers enablement
- CRM
- Digital Marketing
- Website/Portal build with eCommerce and social media integration from marketing perspective
- Facebook /mobile apps for brand promotions
- Mobile, email, social media marketing
- SEO/SEM
- Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Digital advertising metrics and ROI.
- Should have managed small teams and project delivery experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory 4-8 years of experience after Masters/Post graduation.
- Candidates from IIM, FMS, XLRI,IIFT, MDI, NITIE, ISB would be preferred.
- Candidates should be interested in Data/Number Crunching.
