About our Client - Our client is a Leading Global Consulting firm, having offices in more than 25 countries and products sold across the globe. They are in the process of creating a new set up in India as part of their growth strategy and are looking to create a cutting edge team in Analytics and data sciences to support their Global clients in Sales and Marketing Analytics. Currently, they are looking for strong Analytics professionals with experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals domain as a part of this global team

Job Description - Reporting into Head of function, as a Manager you would be responsible for :

- Leverage Problem Solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to Business Problems

- Responsible for data and providing Analytical solutions

- Guide teams in collecting data, developing custom analysis tools, analyzing results and creating solutions

- Partner with the internal stakeholders in business teams and external partners to maintain data quality

- Develop Advanced Statistical models driving better marketing and sales effectiveness

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant you need to have :

- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics from Tier I institutions like IITs, IIMs or ISI with strong academic background

- Minimum 3 to 10 years of work experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals Analytics

- Experience in Advanced Data Mining, Statistical Modelling

- Strong hands on experience in analytical tools like SAS, R etc.

- Self motivated and dedicated individual

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
