Job Description: Workshop Development Manager
Basic Purpose:
The innovation workshops initiative is a key component of the Labs' market development capability, focusing on sales and innovation image for the firm as a whole. Workshop types include Technology Visioning, Industry-Specific Innovation and Innovation Capability workshops. Target audiences include clients, prospects, media, internal Company's teams, academia and partners.
- This Role is responsible for leading a dedicated team involved in workshop preparation, execution and follow-up activities across all India locations. This team also looks after asset deployment, replication and contributes to the creation, maintenance and daily operations of the innovation showcase.
Innovation Workshop Lead is responsible for promoting Labs offerings and assets to various clients.
- The Lead is responsible for working with research and development teams to transition key assets and offerings into virtual and physical showcases to increase ATL reach and visibility.
- This role helps with brand image by supporting marketing and media relations. The day to day activities in the role are broken down into:
- Event Management (Client workshops or visits, Media briefings, etc.): Working with account teams to understand client context and propose workshop agenda
- Showcase Management (from design to operations)
- Management of Relationships with other Innovation Centers across IDC
- Direct supervision of the India IW Team
Experience : 10 - 14 years
Education : MBAs (full time program) preferred
