Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted Sales Revenue at a defined Margin, within a defined Debtor levels.
Candidate must have experience in Waterproofing Solutions/ Chemicals or Construction Chemicals.
Roles & Responsibility
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the team, to ensure budgeted sales revenue is achieved.
- Achieve agreed Sales revenue with the right Product-mix.
- Maintain Debtors and Stocks within prescribed limits.
- Sales Manager will himself drive at least 5 Key Accounts directly.
- Channel Partner development, especially, the Applicators
- Prepare the Business Plan for Kenya, basis market opportunities available
- Formulate pricing models, including leading research on competitor markups and local market specificities
- Sales Organisation - planning and development
- Meeting the Influencers & Decision makers and carrying out activities for Approval of our Products/Systems. Cultivate and maintain effective business relations with key persons in large accounts (users and specifiers)
- Plan and execute key marketing initiatives
- Reporting & MIS, as per Company requirements
