Sales Manager - Solution Sales (9-12 yrs)

Job Description

- Accountable for driving sales growth within existing business relationships and acquiring new business opportunities within a defined Business Vertical and Geography. .

- Create and implement strategies and programs for generating interest, demand and recognition for the company and its offerings amongst target segments.

- Develop Annual Strategic Business plan and achieve the revenue and other targets as per the plan

- Strong product & Technical understanding, able to understand in detail the customer's business pain points & technology requirements.

- Expected to meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations and set high standards for articulation and presentation of key messages and value proposition to C-level and V-level executives.

- Be accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfilment once the order has been received and processed.

- Manage and direct multiple resources in engagements with the prospect and/or customer, including Pre- sales support, Internal Sales, as well as monitor any technical support issues.

- Work with partner sales and services organizations as well as IT and lines of business executives within corporate environments. You must also be able to communicate effectively with headquarters-based resources and associates to effectively resolve customer issues.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 9 years of experience in related industry and in solution sales role

- Proven track record of achieving allocated targets and an established track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment as well as that of Direct Sales selling complex solutions to large organizations and multiple decision makers in high-tech products and/or service

- Consistent sales track record of performance, business development and Vertical/Territory Management.

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills combined with strong interpersonal skills as well as technical skill sets which allow the individual to develop relationships at engineering, commercial and Cx0 levels throughout organisations

- Knowledge of Information Security Solutions and Services is preferred

- Knowledge and experience of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing enterprise license agreements

- Ability to think/act strategically and tactically

- An experience of responding to RFPs and tenders will be ideal

- A Graduate with a Management Degree in Sales / Business Development / Marketing would be ideal
