- Led engagements in key accounts to strengthen and expand business relationships.  - Identify, develop and win opportunities to deliver all of solutions and services.  - Lead the engagements with key customer accounts in the natural resources industry, Oil & Gas, EPU & AEC.  - Selling packaged software and services across industries.  - Nurturing key accounts to expand engagements leading to revenue growth.  - Deliver revenue plan ( PLC, PLC linked ALC, Renewal ALC, Reinstatement ALC & Services ) by executing an overall sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.  Desired Profile :   - Candidate must have strong sales & business development exp with preferably in software solutions & Services in NATURAL RESOURCES industry .   - Experience selling and building relationships at all levels of seniority from day to day management to C level contacts .  - Experience in long term sales processes selling complex solutions to multiple contacts Proven experience translating client problems and needs into tangible solutions.   - Should have strong drive for sales, demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation & closing skills.
