If extensive travel is something you enjoy, targets are not just concentric circles, then be Practo's brand ambassador and join us as a Sales Manager to lead Software Sales in Practo Technologies.  Roles & Responsibilities  Own & drive the revenue from a city.  Manage a team of 10 Sales Warriors.  Responsible for the Team's Target.  Help doctors understand and implement softwares of Practo.  Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads.  Advise clients (doctors) on relevant and impactful features of Practo.  Prepare result reports of a Software and interpret them for clients (doctors). Also suggest measures to improve the effectiveness through software.  Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support (with the help of the Graphics Team), campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting.  Requirements  Motivating leader with excellent track record of past sales achievements.  Mandatory people management skills ( Minimum 1 year )  2+ years of work experience. Relevant experience in Technical Product sales is a bonus!  Familiarity with the geography of the location applied for.  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.  Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.  Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.  Very high ethical standards.  Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.  Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors.
