Sales Manager - SaaS Solutions (5-13 yrs)

Position - Sales Manager

Location - Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi

Key Accountabilities:

- The candidate should establish the organization as a leading SaaS platform for end-to-end eCommerce solutions to establish and grow online business

- Meet and exceed revenue objectives through new client acquisition on Monthly / Quarterly basis while ensuring profitability for the company

- Ability to qualify and demonstrate solutions to potential customers and establish clear benefits to grow online business. Manage entire sales cycle

- Building and managing sales pipeline, involves working with Business Development & Inside Sales teams

- He / She will engage and effectively interact with people at all levels in mid to large size customer organisations

- Engage closely with Project implementation/Delivery/Account management teams to determine best implementation methods and execution schedules during the sales process to set right expectations and deliver on the brand promise

- Responsible for payment follow up & collections

Experience:

- 8+ years of proven track record of excelling in fast paced & dynamic sales environment

- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce sector in India, especially in B2C space. Strong understanding of retail & consumer goods industry is necessary

- Should have 3+ years of relevant experience in selling SaaS solutions to FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Hospitality segments

- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions would be highly preferred

- Should be good at handling uncertainties and thrive in a start-up environment. Should seek challenges to create opportunities out of seemingly difficult situations

- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision making skills

Key skills & competencies :

- Excellent communication skills with solution centric behaviour

- Strong analytical and planning ability

- Interpersonal & Influencing skills

- Leadership, cross functional working and customer relationships

- Ability to quickly understand Shoptimize's policies & procedures

- Strong execution oriented

Education : MBA from Tier 1/2 Colleges only

CTC in the range of INR 18 - 25 lakhs per annum
