Position Tile: Sales Manager

Location: Delhi/NCR

Requirement: Immediate

Customer Segment: Non Service Provider Market (North & West region)

Experience: 4-8 years.

Salary: Negotiable for Right Candidate.

1. Honest, self-disciplined, highly motivated, well organized and true team member.

2. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability for non-Service Provider segment in North and Western region of India.

3. Execute the action plan for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

4. Assist in the development and implementation the marketing plans as needed.

5. Responsible for the regular and timely reports about forecast, marketing activities.

6. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all complete prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

7. To prepare the proposal and presentation.

8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.

9. Provides quality leadership for Spirent- s customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Spirent- s values at all times; inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.

10. Achieve the annual quotas for Spirent products as they are sold into any customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.

11. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effects current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operation.

12. Responsible for account penetration, identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision maker of target customers and managing the sales process within the territory.

13. Efficiently manage the region- s ALL R&D, NEMs/OEMs, SI- s, Enterprise, Defense account and other Government accounts. i.e. Non- Service Providers account in North and Western Region.

14. Should have an effective relationship within the accounts.

15. Responsible for the performance and development of region- s forecasting and sales.

16. Set the vision for the region and develop the drive business plan to attain this vision.

17. Stay on Top of 4C - Create, Cover, close and collect.

18. Should have the good command on Ethernet technology the certification like CCNP, CCNA and MCP etc. will be given preference.

19. Should have basic knowledge of Wireless technologies and networks like 2G/3G/4G
