Sales Manager - IT Solutions/Services (7-9 yrs)
One of our Fortune 500 clients is who has been operating in India since 2005, providing product development, global product maintenance and global business enablement services.

Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7-9 years
Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility:
Handling sales activities for team focused on providing SI and ERP consultancy services to Japanese companies in India
Sales focused on Total Office Solution (TOS), System Integration Services, Specialized Solutions like Virtualization, Clustering, backup and archival solutions, cloud hosting solution and ERP Solution (SAP ECC, MS NAV & AX, ESS).
Handle Sales through channel partners, value added resellers (VARs), direct sales team. Develop and deliver business cases, customer pitch presentations and product demonstration for prospects
Responsible for organizing POC, demonstrations for customer education and create a strong recall in the particular region
Manage Service Delivery by interacting with in-house team and partners for service delivery and enterprise commissioning of commodity products.
Responsible for developing partner ecosystem across India to develop and strengthen business delivery to clients
Marketing Activities Support Industry event support, preparation of marketing collaterals etc.
Liaison with cross functional teams product teams, multi geo sales teams especially based out of Head Quarters in Tokyo
Develop business development and opportunity tracking framework for quicker action on the field for regional sales
Key Result Areas:
1. Setting up the team structure with proper partner ecosystem for delivery of services/products across India
Building Partner Network | Partner onboarding, Ongoing Management and Performance Analysis
Partner Engagements & Training
Follow all legal and regulatory framework with non-compete clauses in NDAs
Coordination with India office: Completion of vendor registration process, PO/PI process and payment release within prescribed timelines

4. Achieve a yearly target of sales of INR 1.5 Crore
Maintaining GP of over 10% for 90% of the deals
To ensure that all sales executives meet/exceed the annual sales targets provided to them
5. Proposal & Report Management
Error free and timely submission of proposals to clients with version trails
Weekly Reporting in prescribed format with zero errors
6. Client Management
To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met
