Qualification: MBA (Tier I & II Colleges)/PG.
Location:- Mumbai.
Job Responsibility:
- Initiation of engagement with clients scheduling of meetings etc.
- Responsible for handling and managing all inquiries, processes, cheque collection post deal closure.
- Ensuring effective internal co-ordination for timely deliverable s
- Monitor the performance of accounts mapped to you.
- Client Servicing & keep the client engaged during the tenure of subscription.
- Capture client feedback & improvise to ensure renewals of accounts.

- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization,
- Customer oriented motivation/co-ordination,
- Communication skill and negotiation skill,
