Sales Manager - HRMS Software (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for selling Talent management software products (HRMS software) built on SaaS Platforms.
2. Acquisition of new clients within the defined market as on cloud & on premise HRMS Software.
3. Understand clients' needs and qualify opportunities in line with business focus
4. Preparing business proposals based on the understanding of clients requirements, Negotiation & Closure.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree with Hands-on experience in developing business relationship, client presentation, account & lead management, Product demo, Negotiation & Closure.
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to interact at CXO level.
- Should have at least 4+ years of B2B Sales /End to End sales.
- Stable work history.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Excellent Communication skills.
