Sales Manager - Healthcare IT (9-16 yrs)

This is a unique opportunity to work with an emerging VC funded company in the healthcare technology sector. Our client is building a world -class Healthcare IT marketplace in India. They are rapidly growing, and are operational at clinics/hospitals across India.

They are looking for the best in class talent to join them and become future leaders in their journey of growth.A passion for creating value and a desire to work in healthcare are necessary qualifications for this role.

Overview Of Role :

1. Plan, direct and implement network development strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the network development objectives for all cities

2. Reporting to : Co -founder

3. Direct reports : City Managers

4. Key Responsibilities : -

- Develop sales development plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales development objectives for the region.

- Monitor and control the sales development budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region - Achieve network development through a team of sales development leaders and feet on street work team in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales development targets -

- Conduct regular market visits to check coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales development bar

- Provide hospitals and clinics with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales development - Develop and maintain client relationships sales to ensure the comprehensive domination of company s products and services -

- Develop the necessary City Level sales development management organisation structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements.

- Provide leadership so that sales team is well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization

Skills-

1] Essential Criteria : - At least 8+ years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Healthcare Technology /Health Insurance/Healthcare related industry

2] Key Skills : - Strong selling skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Strong leadership skills - Demonstrated track record of Sales Achievement - Creative - Problem solver, sales

3] Strong network/relationship with Hospitals across India would be an advantage
