Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Exp- 4+ yrs
CTC- up to 11-12 LPA
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years experience in sales, or client-facing project management, preferably from a digital advertising/ solutions, or marketing agency background.
- Prior experience of servicing FMCG, Media, Auto, CD and / or digital advertising sales is required
- Prior media sales Sales experience and / or client relationship management is required
- Must have worked on project / solutions delivery and must be able to handle direct client interactions and relationships at the middle level executives.
- Experience with or aptitude for technology products, services
- Must have dealt with Media/Digital agencies in the past and should have an understanding of Media ecosystem.
Deliverable for this role:
- Pre-sales: understand their key accounts objectives and needs; develop solutions to meet those needs and help the customer understand the value those solutions deliver
- Sales collateral & pricing: create powerpoint and word presentations and proposals, including pricing
- Sales, especially upselling and nurturing of Key Accounts: Own relationships with Company’s largest and most important clients to increase business from those clients
- Repeat Sales: Ensure repeat business and up-selling
- Campaign Analysis & Expert Recommendations: Analyze ongoing and post-campaign data in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team and keep the customer posted with reports and insights. Provide expert recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Marketing Support: Gather client testimonials, campaign collaterals from clients for marketing to drive PR around client campaigns
Key Metrics to measure the success of this role:
- Conversion rate / Upsell rate
- Increased revenue from Key Accounts; Meeting up-sales and repeat business targets Meeting client satisfaction in terms of support
- Adherence to other deliverables of this role as mentioned above.
