Profile Snapshot –
The incumbent would be responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy of the organization in the respective division and also be accountable for Distribution strategy formulation and deployment
Key responsibilities will include –
- Manage and drive Sales development initiatives and focus on lead indicators in the Division
- Drive Distribution and Channel Development initiatives at the Division. Co-develops the Go to market strategy with HO
- Anchors Trade Marketing initiatives in the Division
- Accountable for demand generation initiatives in the division
Candidate requirements –
- 2006 batch MBA from premier School only.
- FMCG sales experience is a critical requirement
- Sales development exposure will be a big advantage point
