Sales : -
- Adopting feasible sales and marketing strategies by analyzing the potentiality of the product through
consistent market research.
- Ensuring the maximum sales by providing efficient sales operations for achieving allocated target.
- Develop Negotiate and Execute optimal TOT (Terms of trade) & ensure compliance.
- Build Business Plans for the set of the key customers handled
BTL Marketing : -
- Efficiently managing budgets for the trade & effectively utilizing through prudent allocation and regular
- Ideating and executing trade schemes (retail & wholesale channel) to leverage brand sales across categories.
Trade Promotion : -
- Planning, implementing and periodic review of brand wise trade promotions such as trade loads, wholesale activation, retailer schemes, employee incentive programs etc.
- Devise channel wise promotion strategy.
- Develop new product launch in line with brand team; also ensure effective distribution build-up by
developing sell-in norms.
Trade Visibility : -
- Adopting brand specific visibility tools on a yearly calendar.
- Ideate and execute merchandising & Plano gram in all key outlets to ensure effective trade visibility.
Team Management : -
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales
operations, product development and meeting of individual & group targets and monitoring distribution
