About Company: Reputed FMCG Company which deals with Personal care/Homecare and a multi-brand, multi-product company with operations all over the nation.

Position: Area Sales Manager (CSD) -Canteen sales/Institutional Sales

Location: Bangalore, Kolkata

CTC: Open

Job Profile:

The incumbent will be responsible for meeting Sales, Distribution and Visibility objectives of the channel.. The candidate is expected to drive the business through his team providing the necessary leadership to conduct business with a high degree of systemic control, integrity and passion. Liaison with CSD Depots, URCs and its Regional offices is a critical part of the job.

Key Responsibilities (only key and not complete)

Develop business through existing brands and new product introductions; drive his team to meet the business objectives.

Set annual / monthly sales target to the team and ensure product availability to meet the sales objectives.

Plan and recommend brand promotion and visibility initiatives for the URCs and maintain it through the team.

Possess total control on System & Administration and maintain data base for business analysis and interpretation.

Establish productive relationship with CSD Regional office, Depots, URCs and key officials to hasten up introduction, pricing, collection, and negotiation process.

Keep complete control on receivables, coordinate with Corporate finance and track outstanding.

Fulfil all statutory requirements namely Octroi and VAT exemption certificates to meet commercial norms.

Forecast in a manner such that there are no OOSs or excesses.

Be completely in charge of Training / Development of the sales force.
