Responsibilities
- To Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- To develop new business involving channels partners and customers across the designated territory.
- To take full accountability for the financial and sales performance of their vertically focused account assignment.
- To execute all phases of the sales process including prospecting and targeting clients that fit Drishti's competitive advantage.
- To carry out customer presentations, prepare proposals / tender bids with the help of Presales team at the head office in Gurgaon while meeting deadlines.
- To manage relationships with prospective and current clients,
- To formulate country/territory specific sales strategies in consultation with The Vice President and following up opportunities and closing the sale.
- To be willing to travel across the region / abroad as the need may be.
- To give qualitative inputs and feedback to the company about the market dynamics
Sales Skills
Ability to engage and influence a client- Effective in handling technical presales activities- Past Experience in solution selling (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, Telephony solutions)
Technical Domain expertise - Should not be averse to understanding Technology. Should be able to handle large RFPs and response quality. Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions.
- Business Development Planning activities to achieve established targets- Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets
- Ownership & Commitment Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives. Attention to detail in planning and communication Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following):
- B2B Channel Sales (Solutions)
- Direct Solution Sales (CRM, ERP, Telephony, Contact Center, Banking etc)
- Experience of Selling in Philippines a plus
Preference of Educational background:
- MBA is an advantage
- Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related field is an advantage
