Job Role :
Sales & Marketing Operations
- Plan, execute and implement business plans and strategies to deliver results.
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets.
- Responsible for launching new products, thereby increasing the product portfolio of the company.
- Conduct sales promotional activities such as consumer campaigns, service camps, etc as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Monitor accounts/ cash-flows/recoveries, i.e. credit control management.
- Identify / network with dealer & other channel partners for deeper market penetration / market reach.
- Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
- Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
- Monitor inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of stock at the channel partners as per the market demand.
- Provide guidance and support to the front-line Team through target setting and reviewing measures.
- Motivate sales team to enhance performance by incentives with career development initiatives, coaching, efficient reporting mechanisms and relationship management.
Dealer Network Development
- Identification of potential & un represented markets.
- Identification of prospects.
- Finalization of party
- Finalization of layout & implementation of C.I. norms.
- Performance review of existing dealers.
