Sales Manager ( Retail Channel ) -- India's Leading Media / Satellite TV Co - ( Air-Time Sales )
Key Accountabilities :
- Preparing deliverable for clients
- Sales & Collection target allocation to account managers & regular monitoring of achievements
- Closure of deals along with team
- Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team's clients
Managing agency relationships :
- Identifying agencies.
- Maintaining healthy client relationship.
- Interacting with clients
- Creating briefs according to clients needs.
- Pitching of properties.
- Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.
- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team.
- Make proposals, agreements
- New Business Development
- Train & motivate team
Candidate Requirement :
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Should be from Local Chennai only
- Local market working is a must
