Sales Lead - Leather Export - China (7-14 yrs)

Development and Management of sales plans and strategies for Fashion Leather in China market

- Annual Sales plan for the territory /specific accounts assigned

- Achieve growth planned for the year.

- Develop long term partnerships with customers to build win-win solutions within an assigned territory.

- Implementation of the sales plans for specific accounts / geographies.

- Systems and processes for continuous / consistent communication with customer

- Responsible for pricing and contribution – for every customer and product type

- Appointment of agents

- Resolve issues of customers and agents

- Warehouse (market side) management

- Assess market size and market penetration - data analysis of market share; Capture Market Share

- Debtor Management - accounts reconciliation

Candidates should be:

- Must have experience in sales function ( B2B sales with an appreciation for the leather Retail Industry - Apparel / Footwear)

- First hand exposure of Fashion leather sales in China market.

- Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

- High level of Business Orientation and Understanding of the Leather Industry.
