Sales Lead - B2B Startup - Karnataka Territory - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (2-4 yrs)
Position : Sales Lead (Karnataka Zone)
Location : Bangaolre
Experience : 2 To 4 Years
Education : MBA from Premium institutes or from any good B School
Domain : Startup Company in B2B Space
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years of intensive sales and people management experience.
- Relevant B2B sales experience is mandatory
- Should have done MBA from Premium institutes or from any good B School
- Sales chap by heart. Must be detail oriented & can articulate well
- Ability to handle bunch of clients & delivery on high note
- Self-starter & be first point of contact for all client needs
What you will do:
- Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of clients
- Take P&L accountability of overall revenue generated in a territory
- Maintain strong relationship with all Key Accounts in the territory
- Mentor the team to handle manager client relationships
- Responsible for managing the team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets, to mentoring, coaching
- Engage in business expansion and acquisition of new clients
- Provide training to team to on sale techniques, pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing and payment collection
- Lead the sales team in the assigned territory
