Sales HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Sales HR Manager

REPORTING TO: Zonal HR Head

LOCATION: Pune

AREA COVERED: Rest of Maharashtra

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for end to end Recruitment.

- Managing Field hiring as well as working with line managers and vendors for direct recruit hiring.

- Compliance to induction schedule.

- Performance Management ensure adherence to timelines, complete documentation and follow up.

- Manage statutory compliance, build relationship with statutory bodies.

- Reward and Recognition.

- Capability Building and staff.

- Support Target and incentive roll out for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same for the branch.

- Compensation Management – Conduct Survey / study on the trends in compensation and evaluate / suggest accordingly for field force and indirect field force

- Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team

- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.

- Ensure full & final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the both direct and indirect employees.

- Facilitate in identifying talents of on-roll and off-roll team and help in career progression initiatives.

- Engagement, executing the plans that have been formalized.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Diplomatic and negotiation skills

- The ability to work on your own initiative

- Outstanding organizational skills

- The ability to work under pressure

- The ability to work with personnel from all levels

- Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations

- Numerical and budgeting skills

- IT skills

- An interest in career development and training within the workplace.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Must be an MBA from a premier B-School [2009 / 2010 Batch] or from an decent B-school with 5 - 6 Yrs of experience.

- Should be from a good FMCG Company.

- Should have a good experience in sales recruitment.

- Diversity candidates preferred.

- Travel involved.
