Sales Head - South (FMCG MNC)
Job Description
- Develop the sales plan and strategy for the region
- Evaluate the sales performance on a regular basis against targets
- Engage in distributor management and appointment,selection and training of new distributors in the region
- Ensure adherence to sales systems and processes
- Undertake market research activities to track competition
- Recruit, train and motivate the sales team to ensure achievement of targeted revenues for the region
Desired Skills & Experience
- MBA from premier institute
- 10-17 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- rich on-ground experience with top multi-national organisations.
- market experience across sections of Urban and Rural Markets in Southern India
- analytical insights and inputs in MIS generated market research and data
- people skills to engage team and ensure achievement of sales targets
- result oriented and focussed on raising benchmark of performance each time at branch level
- self- motivated individual with a passion to perform and achieve
