Role: Sales Head
Location: Chennai
Responsibility: Develop & implement sales strategy for the Station
Tasks:
- Overall revenue responsibility for the region
- Develop and implement sales strategy.
- Enhance revenue through media agencies and clients
- Ensure dispersion to other stations
- Provide client solutions and integrations to enhance revenues
- Create and or identify convergent opportunities with advertisers that capitalize on the Station's capacity to attract a desirable demographic
- Optimize & build agency and client relationships
- Function strategically and tactically to position the Station to dominate the radio space.
- Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the station's market and approve all sales promotion campaigns
- Drive effective rates upwards as per plans
- Monitor daily the sales processes
- Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends
Profile:
Qualification Experience:
Full-time : MBA Min 9-12 years of media sales experience at regional levels in a reputed organization
- Combination of FMCG & media experience would be an added advantage
- Candidates from the Media Industry (TV/Print/Radio/Digital) or from FMCG or Telecom with experience in Sales can Apply.
