Sales Head - Partner Agent Sales - Online

Sales Head (Partner Agent Sales)- Online experience with one of leading online company based out of Noida.

Role description and responsibilities:

- As a national sales leadership role, you will be responsible for revenue generation, sales productivities and in driving the leadership position of company

- Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.

- Drive compliance with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity

- Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling. Corporate sales experience is mandatory.

- A hands- on account management person who is capable of creating and delivering high impact presentations/proposals.

- MBA from a top institute will be a preferred plus, but is not compulsory for the role
