Sales Head - Pan India Level - Medical Services/Healthcare - App Based (10-18 yrs)

Job Description:

Candidates with experience in ecommerce domain or medical services industry domains is desirable. Understanding of the Urban areas preferable.

A balanced mix of a 'thinker' and a 'do-er'. Therefore, a strong educational background and experience of working for organizations with strong sales processes is preferred.

Should have handled large volumes of sales and built and managed big teams at multiple locations in the current/previous role.

KRAs

Business Development:

- Pitching strategies for corporate tie ups and implementing sales strategies to penetrate the company deeper within our target audience.

- Focus on customer acquisition and revenue generation as per sales targets.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Strategic Planning:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and related reports.

- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.

- Track sales team metrics and do the analysis and report data on a regular basis.

- Developing and executing marketing and pricing strategies to increase daily bookings by over 10x.

Key Account Management:

- Target and manage key accounts.

- Customer relationship management.

- Focus on increasing customer loyalty and retention.

- Focus on being value partner to customers.

Team Building & Team Management:

- Manage sales team across locations.

- Planning and implementing sourcing strategies to increase fleet size by over 10x.

- Controlling the training and development of team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

- Framing SOPs, Tracking formats, Business dashboards, Employee performance evaluation and Training modules are key elements of the role.

Skills required (Technical, soft skills, specific tools, personality traits)

- Should have strong sales and business development experience.

- Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential.

- Should be able to think out of the box.

- Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Has a go-getter attitude.

- Passionate and owns up proactively.

- Managed a closely-knit community of influencers. (e.g. Doctors / Nurses/ Hospitals etc.)

- Has effectively managed a large team in the past and has an objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring.

Candidate background required (Education & Experience)

- Education/ Qualification - Post Graduate from Tier 1 institutes would be preferred. (IIM/BITS etc).

- Hands on experience of at least 5+ years, managing multiple teams at multiple locations along with proven experience of scaling business to the next level would be preferred.

- Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships.

- Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.

- Experience of managing cross-functional teams is an added advantage.

Preferred age : 32 - 40.
