Position Offered - Sales Head - Large Format Store & MBO ( Mumbai )
Salary Range - 10 - 15 lacs ( Regional Level Candidate, who can handle Pan India basis)
Its for Women's Wear and Lingerie Products
- Responsible for achieving Sales target of Large format store & MBO
- Driving business & responsible for achieving top lines & profitability of the channels.
- Sales planning and making strategies to achieve targets given to Key Accounts team.
- Spearheading business development initiatives by associating with new LFS partner & establishing company's business association with them.
- Inventory Planning & Merchandising.
- Planning for liquidation of old season stocks through value format stores.
- Managing EOSS & work out Below the Line activities to boost the sale.
- Controlling Channel payout & manpower cost.
- Competition mapping & sustaining market share in LFS channel.
- Credit Control
- Manage entire operational part of the channel for the smooth functioning of the business.
