We are looking for a Founding Team Member, who believes in building our version of Jarvis. The offering is in the Recruitment B2B solution space. We believe this space is waiting to be disrupted, and the time is just right.

- He/She is somebody who simply put Loves to meet people! Loves to Sell. Since this is an early stage start_up, the person is expected to be extremely entrepreneurial.

- Persons working in organizations such as Naukri, Monster, Shine in Sales would be highly preferred.

- He /She is expected to increase the growth momentum many folds, by getting new clients on board. The acquisition can be done using:

- Traditional Lead generation process, cold calling and pitching

- Advanced lead generation using Digital Mediums like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc organically

- Partnerships or Tier-ups

We are building a product in recruitment space, hence a detailed understanding of B2B recruitment solution space is a must, with proven track record.

Further, we need somebody who is passionate about growing companies, and is currently - itching- to start something of his own. He/She hates the corporate hierarchy and believes in doing things rather than being told . Thus, he/she has a self-starter attitude, someone who takes up challenges, responsibilities and solves problem, fiercely.

- We understand entrepreneurship is about passion. So we are not fussed about age, experience or qualifications.
