The Sales Head shall be :  1. Responsible for developing annual sales budgets, implementing sales plan, building sales forecast, monitoring the sales performance and take corrective actions based on competition activities to achieve annual targets.   2. Develop and drive the commercial and distribution strategy in conjunction with marketing and Sector/BU management.  3. Works closely with the distributor to develop right organization structure to drive business in the respective territories.  4. Drive sales team to implement channel expansion plans and throughput to achieve primary and secondary channel objectives for portfolio mix  5. Ensure Implementation of ATL and BTL activities, drive sellouts in all destination stores.  6. Deliver operational excellence in terms of rolling sales forecast, commercial discipline by ensuring timely submission of claims  7. Managing and developing the team of Sales Executives.  Candidate Profile :  - Must have worked as National Head / Head of a large region in FMCG/Pharma Industry.   - Should have handled Mother & Child care products.   - MBA from premier B school.
