Sales Head - eCommerce - North & East India (8-12 yrs)

They are based out of Noida, part of the National Capital Region, Delhi. Their category is growing fast and they are growing faster than the category. To fuel the growth, they are becoming more user-centric, innovating & creating solutions and products which are forward-looking.

Their customer experience is based on rigorous research, unique product developments and innovative initiative which has been readily accepted by users.

In an attempt to best serve the users, features on the realty portal are constantly invented, evaluated and upgraded. In addition to all else, they are synonymous with internationally acclaimed property fairs.

Till date, they has successfully hosted 75 domestic and over 15 international property shows around the globe. They are looking to hire brilliant folks, in mid-senior level positions, who are keen to make a profound impact in the internet business. They are keen on people who are self-driven, intelligent, persuasive and - disruptive- in their approach.

What kind of work will you be involved in :

The organization work within a B2B, corporate sales environment. The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.

Role description and responsibilities :

- Be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.

- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit client needs.

- To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

- Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Be a leader and effectively motivate a large sales team

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Core experience in corporate sales.

- Should have strong experience B2B or B2C sales

- Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.

- MBA from a top institute will be a plus, but is not compulsory for the role

- Aggressive with a go-getter attitude.

- Preferably candidate from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc.

- Strong sales planning & execution skills are required. The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.

Other important attributes :

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.

- Aggressive and out of the box thinker

- Should not be above 35 years of age

Experience : 8 to 12 years
