Sales Head - Counselling Services (7-17 yrs)

Job Title/ Position: Sales Head

Reporting To: MD

Location: Bangalore /Delhi

Company Profile: The Company provides counselling services to companies as well as individuals. As pioneers in the field we have been able to clearly establish the relevance of counselling in the corporate sector.

The company is also looking at scaling up the wellness chain through other upcoming opportunities in India.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Position heads the Sales division with responsibility to drive sales and build the brand for the business.

- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

- Developing relationships with clients

- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

- Representing the business at conferences and networking events

- Maximising new business development opportunities

- Supervising a sales team

- Build high level relationships and maintain sales database and CRM suites

Requirements:

- Graduate and an MBA from a premier institute.

- Understanding of business plans and basic financial knowledge

- 8 to15 years of Sales Experience / operations with at least 4 years in Leadership Position

- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.

- Great negotiating skill and ability to achieve end objectives and close deals along with the ability to lead a team to deliver revenue targets

- Very high personal grooming standards and a dynamic

- Excellent presentation skills along with proficiency on MS office personality and building presentations.

- Ability to manage teams & Good People Skills
