Description - This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and super fastest growing E-Surveillance company of India.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be mandated to maintain and improve company's dominant position in SaaS Enterprise in the BFSI segment with consistent year over year sales growth

Client Details :

- This company is the Market leader in E-Surveillance in India. It's an IoT Company that provides SaaS based E-Surveillance Services.

- The company introduced the concept of Active Deterrence for the first time in the country, where an alert is not only received in real time basis when a crime is being attempted but will also prevent the crime from happening by using Video verification and 2-Way audio.

- The company is growing at 100% every year with a turnover in excess of 50Cr with Monthly Recurring Revenue close to 1 Million Dollars.

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for implementing the corporate strategy to meet New Business targets for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process. Specific accountability will be as follows:

- Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue target

- Implement corporate strategy to meet New Business targets for Revenue Growth

- Develop revenue and expense budgets, resourcing and coaching staff for best results

- Develop and refine repeatable sales process, reporting and forecasting sales pipeline activity

- Coach, lead and mentor staff, including:

- Hire and retain the right people that fit our culture

- Motivate and provide ongoing direction,

- Manage performance standards and expectations

- Conduct performance and salary reviews,

- Build sales team to achieve corporate revenue and profitability targets

- Timely and accurate preparation of Key Business Indicators (KBI's) and opportunity pipeline

- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations

- Develop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identifying new opportunities

- Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development team

- Develop Success Measurements and metrics

Business Skills :

- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels.

- Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills - Looking for a master presenter

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Effective decision making ability and superior communication skills

- Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques.

- Excellent organisation and time management skills meeting deadlines as required

- Travel approximately 10 days travel a month across India.

Sales Revenue Experience :

- He should demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale of 35-50 Crores.

- Selling of SaaS products and services with a cumulative MRR of 5-7 Cr will be a big plus.

Experience :

- 7-10+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to BFSI Segment

- Knowledge of Financial and/or Banking environments

- Extensive knowledge of Purchase process in Private Sector banks

- Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big asset

- Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.

- Smart in appearance with excellent grooming & Dressing

Languages : English and Hindi

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree with MBA preferred
