Sales Head - BFSI (10-16 yrs)

Job Description for Sales Head :

- The Sales Head will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic alliances and managing existing ones.

- The position will report directly to the Head of FI and will work in a collaborative environment with our existing sales team to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize profits.

- Will be responsible for increasing the company's market share by building strategic relationships in a highly-segmented marketplace.

- Increase wallet share within the existing accounts by increased account penetration.

- Collaborate with marketing resources and the sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business.

- Ensure on-going optimization of the sales function and develop a structure that ensures alignment of top sales reps to highest opportunity/growth accounts.

- Implement robust and ongoing performance measures and reviews to drive strong sales execution.

- Create and sustain a sales performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders).

- Develop and implement annual sales plans by Account Executive and account.

- Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels.

- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.

- Implement robust and ongoing performance measures and reviews to drive strong sales execution.

- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.

- Sell product offerings and solutions to named enterprise accounts and achieve targets of booking, revenue, collection while ensuring profitability.

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities in the region.

- Would be required to drive operational efficiency to collect the money for the revenue generated.

- Pre-empt and problem solve on all operational issues, in particular lead and integrate cross-functional efforts

- Participate and contribute in strategic efforts in close collaboration with overall organizational vision and teams leveraging pragmatic business insight

- Align with Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Product Management Leads for India with a focus on sales execution and revenue generation to drive business growth.

- Responsible for development and improvisation of all sales related process, operations & governance.

Key skills & Experience:

- 10- 12 years of experience managing a sales force.

- The ideal Sales Head must be a dynamic, high-energy individual with proven organization and time management skills.

- He should exhibit exceptional communication skills and have the ability to ensure that key stakeholders within the company receive all relevant sales, customer, and product information and sales process.

- This person will be professional and customer oriented, with ability to meet or exceed company annual sales goals and to manage multiple priorities and work on various projects with different teams simultaneously .

- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.

- Proven ability to deliver results through development of key sales and revenue metrics.

- Superior sales management experience with results orientation and strong customer service orientation.

- Strong strategic planning, complex contract negotiations and experience selling across various sales cycles

- Oral and written communication skills

- Consultative selling skills

- Staff consulting and relationship building skills

- Experience in selling to global accounts
