Job Description:

1) Develop and implement an Annual Sales plan which is in line with the Business Strategy

b. Like to like growth

c. New Business Development

2) Prepare and implement a store wise

a. Planogram

b. Buying Plan – season wise

c. Retail Merchandising

d. Signage’s

3) Aggressively drive the Key Retail Performance parameters such as conversions, average basket size, average ticket value, PSFPD etc

4) Recruit, train and lead a motivated Retail Sales team

5) Coordinate with support functions like Marketing, Supply Chain and VM  for Retail activation
