Sales/Exports Manager - Europe

We have an opening for Sales Manager for Europe market.

Details of the Job:

Position: Sales Manager, Europe

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Position Reporting to: President based in USA

Direct Reports: None – Individual Contributor Role

Experience:

- 5+ years of Sales experience.

- 3+ years of successful Distributor / Agent development experience in exports.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

- Able to anticipate and adapt to a changing, growth-oriented environment.

- Results driven individual with a strong sense of urgency and focus.

- Proficient with MS Office Suite, ACT or other data base management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finds, appoints, trains, motivates, and grows Distributors / Agents in Europe and any additional areas assigned. Travel up to 25% of the time including up to 2 weeks at a time on overseas trips (3-4 times/year).

- Consults with top management regarding strategic and tactical planning and management of the distributor / agent sales organization.

- Distributor support including product training and exhibitions

- Identifies potential customers and develops them for commercial requirement.

- Ensures goals are set and measured to achieve success.

- Leads and participates in the development of systems, processes and procedures for distributor / agent sales success and support.
