Sales Engineer/Solution Architect - Mobile Marketing Cloud Automation Technology (3-5 yrs)

Sales Engineer/ Solution Architect

- Our client is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to guide European enterprise clients towards adopting mobile first, cloud-based marketing automation technology.

- If you enjoy varied and deep customer facing engagement and have a passion for unpacking, solutioning and interpreting business requirements across a wide variety of verticals including retail, FMCG, travel, F&B then read on.

- You will already have an existing track record of delivering awesome consumer and business applications, be a great communicator, be methodical and process driven, detail oriented, hands on, a fast learner.

- We need team players who are passionate about technology that resolves customer challenges for real time personalization in today's multi channel world.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in pre-sales and sales meetings as the technology expert.

- Be the domain expert to formulate technical solutions that meet customer objectives.

- Design the architecture for the integration of our Mobile Marketing Cloud technology with existing client process and systems.

- Build and present presentations, diagrams and proposals that clearly articulate solutions architecture to meet specific client needs.

- Work closely with engineering in delivering enterprise-level solutions to customers through problem solving, testing, and code delivery.

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.

- Work with development engineers, product managers, account managers and other departments in understanding the technology, the technology applications and solutions.

- Position requires travel.

- Be a team player with a winning attitude.

Requirements :

- 3 - 5 years experience in working with sales teams to provide solutions architecture, solution integration/delivering and interfacing with customers in the pre-sales process.

- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in fast paced environment.

- Ability to formulate and execute proof-of-concept integrations with pre-sales engineers.

- Some knowledge of APIs, SDKs, scripting, and software development.

- Understanding of Web Services, Web Development (HTML,CSS, Javascript), Internet architecture, and mobile devices (emphasis on Android and iOS)

- Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other supportive program, or commensurate technology industry experience preferred.

- Experience working with marketing clouds, mobile marketing technology or marketing automation solutions is a plus.
